The Site is issued and operated by Resonance Asset Management Limited (“Resonance”). Resonance is registered in England and Wales under company number 09028327 and has its registered office at 6-16 Huntsworth Mews, London, NW1 6DD. Resonance’s VAT number is 200 3033 93.
Resonance is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and is registered with the FCA under registration number 627897.
Resonance is subject to the FCA rules and guidance, details of which can be found on the FCA’s website at www.fca.org.uk. The FCA regulates the financial services industry in the United Kingdom and is located at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
Accessing the Site
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and Resonance reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service it provides on the Site without notice. Resonance will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to the Site is only available to persons fulfilling certain requirements, which requirements may vary depending on the jurisdiction in which the user is. Access is prohibited to all users in certain jurisdictions.
When using the Site, you must not use it in any way which (i) breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or (ii) is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any Material you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Resonance’s status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of Material on the Site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the Material on the Site for any other purpose without obtaining the prior written consent from Resonance to do so.
If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at Resonance’s option, return or destroy any copies of the Materials you have made.
Reliance on Information Posted
All the Material on this Site has been prepared for information purposes only without regard to any particular user’s investment objectives, investment experience, financial situation, or means, and neither Resonance nor any of its affiliates is soliciting any action based upon such information. The Material is not to be construed as a recommendation; or as advice; or an advertisement; or an offer to buy or sell; or the solicitation of an, or an inducement to, offer to buy or sell any security, financial product, or instrument; or to participate in any particular trading strategy in any jurisdiction.

If the need arises, Resonance may suspend access to the Site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the Material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and Resonance is under no obligation to update such Material.
Resonance’s Liability
The Material displayed on the Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Resonance, its affiliates and third parties connected to Resonance hereby expressly exclude:
All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Site, any websites linked to it and any Materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
- loss of income or revenue;
- loss of business;
- loss of profits or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of data;
- loss of goodwill;
- wasted management or office time; and
- for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
This does not affect Resonance’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Resonance will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and Resonance will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
Resonance will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Security of Information
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst Resonance strives to protect such information, it does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to it.
Accordingly, any information which you transmit to Resonance is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once Resonance receives your transmission, it will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information. However, Resonance does not accept any liability for any interception of information which it transmits to you.
Linking to the Site
You may not link the Site to another website without Resonance’s express permission.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site. By using this Site, you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any right to claim that those courts are an inconvenient forum. These terms of use are governed by English law.
Variations
Resonance may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Resonance has made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.
Severability of Provisions
Any provision of these terms of use that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these terms of use nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
